Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast Casserole (BYW)
6 Pieces white bread (trim edges)
1 pound of sausage
1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs (mixed)
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
Brown sausage, crumble, drain.
Cut bread into cubes and place on bottom of dish
layer sausage and chese on top.
Combine other ingredients and mix.
Pour over bread, sausage and cheese
chill overnight
bake at 350 for 30 – 45 minutes or until set.
