Tomato and Blues Salad with French Dressing

French Dressing:

Ketchup 1/2 c.

Sugar 3/4 c.

White Vinegar 1/2 c.

Yellow onion 2 tsp.

Worcestershire Sauce 1 T.

Granulated garlic 3/4 tsp.

Paprika 2 1/2 tsp.

Vegetable oil 1 c.

Tomato and Blues Salad:

Grape Tomatoes 2 lbs., Cut in Half

Yellow Bell Pepper 1 large, Diced

Cucumber 1. Diced

Granulated Garlic 1 tsp.

Blue Cheese Crumbles 1 1/2 cup, crumbled into large pieces

Kosher Salt 2 tsp.

Black Pepper 1 tsp.

French Dressing 1/2 cup

French Dressing:
Mix all ingredients except veg. oil in a blender. Then drizzle oil in slowly till emulsified.

Mix veggies and seasoning well. Then add dressing, mix well; add blue cheese crumbles and gently fold into salad.
