Bourbon Street Seasoning
4 tbsp canning salt
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp cayenne
1 tbsp paprika (I use the sharp)
2 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp ground thyme
1 ½ tsp allspice
1 ½ tsp sugar (I use light brown)
¾ tsp ground nutmeg
¾ tsp ground bay leaf
