To freeze fresh corn or peas

1 gallon corn or peas
1 quart water
¾ to 1 cup sugar
4 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients in large pan. Bring to boil, and cook 10 minutes.
Cool quickly. Place in freezer containers and freeze.
