Buttermilk Ranch Potatoes 1 cup butter or margarine (give or take) 1 package buttermilk ranch dressing potatoes Cube the potatoes. Melt the butter. Stir the dressing mix into the butter, then pour that over the potatoes. Bake at 350 until done. Mom used to make this.
