Rolls

Dona Foltz

  • 2 packages yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 6 cups flour

Add yeast to warm water. Add sugar, salt, and 3 cups flour. Mix well. Add egg, oil, and remaining flour. Beat well. Put in refrigerator for two hours or overnight. Make into rolls. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes
