Coconut Pie

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs (Grandma wrote 3 eggs next to this)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup cocoanut
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (Grandma wrote 1/2 stick next to this)
  • 1/2 cup milk (Grandma wrote 1 next to this)
  • 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs, sugar, and salt until light colored. Add butter and flour. Blend well. Add milk. Fold in cocoanut. Pour in sheell. Bake in slow over, 325.
