- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- ¾ to 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Confectionery coating
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp shortening
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in biscuit mix. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. In a small saucepan over medium heat combine Confectioners sugar and shortening. Dip each cookie halfway into the chocolate. Shake off excess. Place on wax paper lined baking sheets to harden. Yields about 5 dozen.
