- 2 eggs whites
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 teaspoons corn syrup
- vanilla
Mix all together [except vanilla] and beat with the double boiler until thick and glossy. Cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Continue beating
