1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil or melted butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Beat eggs until well beaten,
Add milk and oil
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat werll and add flour to make a very stiff dough.
Ball out on a well-flowered board until thin.
Let dry one hour or more.
Cut into thin strips.
Cook in rich chicken or beef broth.
