Amount of following ingredients used depends on desired amount of gravy.
Approximately ¼ cup Crisco–white, or Canola oil left from frying the steak 3–5 T. flour
Pinch of salt
With steak fried oil in skillet, add desired amount of flour and salt.
Stir constantly to dissolve lumps, and to brown.
Slowly add desired amount of milk while stirring constantly.
Bring to a bubble, and to desired consistency. May need to add more milk. If it is necessary to add more flour, dissolve it in milk before adding to the skillet.
