Corn Casserole

From Sue – Dad’s Hospice Nurse

one stick butter melted in a pyrex dish.
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn, drained
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Stir and add:
2 beaten eggs
1-8 oz. carton sour cream

Stir and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake another few minutes to melt cheese.
