Dona Foltz

  • 3 egg whites
  • ⅛ cup salt
  • Vanilla
  • 6 tablespoons sugar

Beat until foamy

Boil 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon corn starch, and ½ cup cold water. Cook until clear, then cool. Add to egg whites and beat until foamy
