Salmon Loaf

Dona Foltz

  • 1 can salmon, boned and flaked
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Make a white sauce. Poor over oats and salmon. Fold in Eggs. Mix well.

Grease a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
