BBQ Queens Rib Rub
½ cup black pepper
½ cup paprika
¼ cup garlic powder
¼ cup onion salt
3 tablespoons dry mustard
3 tablespoons celery seed
2 tablespoons chili powder
Combine all the ingredients and store in a glass jar with lid. Keeps for
about 3 months. Use on the meat of your choice, but it is especially good on ribs. Makes 2 cups.
