Congo Squares

I’m glad ya’ll enjoyed the congo squares. Here is the recipe.
1 Box light brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
3 whole eggs (beaten)
2 3/4 cups flour
1 small package milk chocolate chips
1 cups nuts (optional-I don’t add them)
1/2 cup peanut butter (optional-I did add this)
Mix sugar & butter. Mix in eggs. Gradually add flour. Mix in chocolate
chips. (I don’t use a mixer; I just do it by hand.)
Cook 30-45 minutes in lightly greased pan at 350 degrees. (Time varies:
top should be golden brown & toothpick inserted in the middle should
come out clean.)
