- 3 cups honey
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup maraschino cherries finely chopped
- 1 cup maraschino cherry juice
- ½ bottle liquid fruit peciten
In a heavy saucepan, combine honey and maraschino cherry juice. Mix well and bring to a boil. Sitrring constantly, stir in pectin. All at once, bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard stirring constantly for one minute. Remove from heat. Skim and stir maraschino cherry bits. Pour into sterilized jars and seal accordingto manufacturer directions.
