- 1 large can cling peach halves
- 1 medium can pineapple slices
- 1 large can pear halves
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2-4 teaspoons curry powder
- Drain fruit and dry on paper towels.
- Arrange in 1 1/2-quart casserole
- Melt butter and add sugar and curry. Spoon over fruit.
- Bake 1 hour uncovered at 325-335.
- Can be made day ahead and reheated.
