Baked Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 large can cling peach halves
  • 1 medium can pineapple slices
  • 1 large can pear halves
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2-4 teaspoons curry powder

Directions

  • Drain fruit and dry on paper towels.
  • Arrange in 1 1/2-quart casserole
  • Melt butter and add sugar and curry. Spoon over fruit.
  • Bake 1 hour uncovered at 325-335.
  • Can be made day ahead and reheated.

good dish to accompany meat.
