Curry Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 can apricot halves
  • 1 can pear halves
  • 1 can p each halves
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • maraschino cherries
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder
  • cinnamon

Directions

  • Place fruit in dish and dot with cherries.
  • Melt stick of butter, add brown sugar and curry powder. Pour over fruit.
  • Dot with cinnamon and refrigerate overnight.
  • Cook at 350 for an hour

Note. Another recipe I have has 4 tsp cornstarch and 1/2 tsp rum extract added. You just fix to taste. Serves many people. Pretty buffet dish.
