Lemon Poppyseed Cake

Dona Foltz

  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding (3 1/2 oz)
  • 4 egs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1 cup cold water

Mix above ingredients and bake at 350 for 45 minutes in a greased and floured bundt pan. Let cool. Poke with a fork and drizzle the glaze over the top.

Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup real lemon juice

Mix together

let stand to dissolve lumps
