Eggs to go or Deviled Eggs
Place eggs in cold water 1 inch above eggs. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat or remove from fire. Let stand 15 minutes. Peel at once. Cut in half and remove yolks with fork. Add plenty of sweet pickle relish with juice, salt and pepper. Refill egg whites taste egg halves with picks. From Mary Glor add mayonnaise, mustard, and a bit of sugar for deviled eggs.
