Double Corn Muffins

Dona Foltz

  • 1 C flour
  • 1 C cornmeal
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2.5 t baking powder
  • 1 t salt
  • ¼ t dry mustard
  • ¼ t pepper
  • 1 C milk
  • 2 eggs
  • chopped onions
  • 8 ¾ oz can corn
  • bake at 400 degrees
