- A homemade barbecue sauce tops the tender chops
- 6 boneless porkchops (1/2 in thick)
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Worcester sauce
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ tsp ground mustard
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp cold water
Place porkchops in an ungreased, microwave safe dish. In a bowl combine the next 9 ingredients. Pour over package of porkchops. Cover with plastic wrap. Peel back one corner to vent. Microwave on high for 18 minutes or until juice runs clean. Remove chop. Set aside and keep warm. In a small bowl combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Stir in barbecue sauce. Microwave for two minutes until thickened. Serve sauce over sauce. Serves 6.
