Curry Fruit
Ingredients
- 1 can apricot halves
- 1 can pear halves
- 1 can p each halves
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- maraschino cherries
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- cinnamon
Directions
- Place fruit in dish and dot with cherries.
- Melt stick of butter, add brown sugar and curry powder. Pour over fruit.
- Dot with cinnamon and refrigerate overnight.
- Cook at 350 for an hour
Note. Another recipe I have has 4 tsp cornstarch and 1/2 tsp rum extract added. You just fix to taste. Serves many people. Pretty buffet dish.
