Ingredients
- One 4-ounce jar chopped pimientos, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 cups grated Cheddar (8 ounces)
- 2 cups grated Colby (8 ounces)
Directions
- Combine pimientos, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper in a medium bowl. Beat with a wooden spoon or an electric mixer at medium speed until blended.
- Add grated cheese and beat until the consistency of cottage cheese
