1 jalapeno, sliced
2 chicken breasts, sliced
Heat a little olive oil in a pan.
While the oil heats, slice the jalapeno into slices about a half inch thick.
Add the peppers to the oil.
Slice the chicken into 1/2 to 1 inch thick slices.
Add the garlic to the oil and allow to simmer a bit.
Add the chicken to the oil. Add salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste (not much)
Cover and cook.
Remove the cover and let the chicken brown. Add a little butter if desired.
I think I used garlic? Not sure. Was really good. Can double easily.
