Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 cups tomato juice

- ¼ cup margarine

- 4 cups milk

- Stir in flour (for the white sauce). Cook and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk.
- Return to heat, cooking and stirring until thickened.
