- 1 lb of medium sausage
- 3 – 31/2 c Bisquick
- 1 lb of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 – 2 tablespoons of water, optional (if dough is dry)
Mix sausage & cheese together. Add Bisquick. Add water if dough is too dry. Roll into balls.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 – 18 minutes.
