Rub above salt on both sides of the brisket. Make a tent of foil over the brisket.
Pour one bottle of liquid smoke over brisket.
Bake 4 hours at 200 degrees.
Drain liquid.
Pour a bottle of worcestershire sauce over brisket.
Cover and bake one hour longer at 275 degrees.
Drain, slice, and serve.
