- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl; stir.
- Beat egg and milk; add to dry ingredients.
- Melt butter on griddle, then pour into batter and stir to combine.
- Pour 1/3 cup batter onto hot buttered griddle for each pancake, adding butter as needed.
- Brown until bubbles form and hold on surface; turn, brown other side.
- Serve with maple syrup, butter.
