Monkey Bread

  • 4 cans biscuits cut into fourths
  • Mix 2/3 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Place in plastic bag and shake.
  • Put a few biscuit pieces in at a time and cover with sugar mixture.
  • Put pieces into lightly greased bundt pan.
  • Whatever sugar is left pour over top of biscuit pieces
  • Mix 1 1/2 sticks oleo, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and bring to a boil.
  • Pour over biscuit pieces.
  • Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Wait 2 or 3 minutes then turn upside down on a plate.
