Cake Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups cooked pumpkin
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions
