Summer Sausage

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
  • 3 tablespoons tender quick salt

Roll in small loaf, place in aluminum foil and poke holes.

Refrigerate 24 hours then bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes (I think this is what recipe says)
