Cardogs Pork and Chicken Rub

1 cup sugar

1 cup salt

1/2 cup dk brown sugar, dried

5 Tbs chili pepper + 1 teas

2 Tbs cumin + 2 teas

4 tsp MSG

4 tsp cayenne

4 tsp black pepper

4 tsp garlic powder

4 tsp onion powder

CARDOGS PORK AND CHICKEN RUB

(This is from whence we started all of this)

1) Use a lite coating of rub a couple of hours before cooking.

2) Cook

chicken breast to 160º internal

legs and thighs 180º internal.

3) Use a glaze

on the sweet side, add honey to what you like.

The heat from the rub will

come thru.
