1 lbs. Brussels sprouts
4-6 pieces of bacon
¼ – ½ chopped onion
Cook Brussels sprouts in the microwave for a total of nine minutes stirring every 3 minutes.
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
In a skillet cook the bacon and remove the bacon, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
Sauté the onions in the bacon grease until clear.
Add the Brussels sprout halves facing the cut edge down, add salt, pepper and seasoning to your taste and simmer on lowest setting for 20 minutes.
Crumble bacon on top just before serving.
