Cream Cheese Pie

Crust:

1 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
6 tsp. butter
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Pie filling:

3 small or 1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix crust ingredients and press into 8 x 12 inch glass dish or pie pan.
Mix and beat filling ingredients until fluffy. Pour into prepared crust.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees till it sets.
Let cool 30-40 minutes till center is firm.
Top with pie filling – cherry or blueberry.
