Pumpkin Rolls

Dona Foltz

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix and set aside

Beat together

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon

fold into dry mix

Filling

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons oleo (butter)
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

beat until fluffy

350 degrees for 15 minutes in jelly roll pan
