Mexican Casserole

1.Brown 1 1/2 lb hamburger — drain. Mix with 1 package taco seasoning. 1 cup green bell pepper (or 1 large), 1 cup tomatoes (canned or fresh), 3 cups grated cheese.

  1. Mix 1 package jiffy cornbread mix, 2 eggs, and 1 can cream style corn.

     

  2. Put 1/2 of cornbread mixture into 9×12 pan. Next put layer of meat, green peppers, tomatoes, and cover with grated cheese. Put remainder of cornbread mixture over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until cornbread is done.
