Tahini Sauce
Tahini Sauce 1/4 cup tahini 3 cloves minced garlic juice of 1 lemon salt and black pepper cold water Mix all ingredients except water. Thin the sauce with water–should be thin enough to drizzle but somewhat thick. Wonderful!

Dona Foltz 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons corn starch 1/2 cup cidar vinegar 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice 2 tablespoons soy sauce Let thicken. Serve with fried rice taken from same card as the cashew chicken recipe
