Fish Batter
Beat one egg plus one-tablespoon mayonnaise. Pat fish dry. Roll fish in liquid mixture, than in Potato Buds. Fry in peanut oil.

1 gallon corn or peas 1 quart water ¾ to 1 cup sugar 4 tsp. salt Place all ingredients in large pan. Bring to boil, and cook 10 minutes. Cool quickly. Place in freezer containers and freeze.
