Cholesterol-Controlled French Toast

- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup skim or low-fat milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 slices whole-wheat bread, halved

Dona Foltz 2 1/4 cups sugar 6 eggs, beaten 2 pints half and half dash of salt 4 1/2 teaspoons vanilla mix well and pour into freezer. Add milk up to freezer’s full line. If adding sweetened fruit, use 1/4 cup less sugar and omit vanilla.
Dona Foltz 8 ounce package cream cheese 2 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Mix all ingredients, then serve with fruit.
