Chili

Brown the following together: 1 pound hamburger 1 or 2 large chopped onion Drain above mixture and add: 1 small can tomato paste 1 quart red tomatoes with juice ½ to 1 tsp. chili powder 1 pint shelly beans. Cook til done.

Goulash

1 lb. hamburger 1 onion, chopped fine Salt and pepper to taste 1 pt. tomatoes ½ cup cooked spaghetti or other pasta 1 – 1 ½ tsp. chili powder Brown hamburger and onion together – good brown. Drain. Add other ingredients, and simmer 15 – 20 minutes.
